Skylar is a motivational and very enthusiastic trainer who is always focused on the well-being of her clients. She makes every workout class entertaining and makes you want to workout and it does not feel like a chore. She is super fit and always does the workouts along with her clients, showing that you can do it. One of my favorite parts of Skylar’s classes is the end where she plays Thunderstruck and we burn it out. Overall, I would highly recommend Skylar as a personal trainer and would advise anyone to join her classes whenever you can for a great workout!

Skylar is seriously one of the best workout instructors I’ve ever had. She’s so motivating and explains all the workouts in full so there is no confusion when taking a class. I always leave her classes dripping sweat and feel so much stronger than before. I highly recommend her and all the classes she offers!!

I absolutely love Skylar’s classes! I look forward to Thursdays because I get to release all of my work stress in Abs, Legs and Butts. I started my fitness journey about 2 years ago now & I can definitely say she has been a part of my recent progress. Whether you are new to fitness or you’re well along your journey, I recommend Skylar’s classes. She is super motivating, plays great music, includes variations (and also moderations if needed), and so much more. You should all try it out sometime!
